This is your official Summer Camp Registration Receipt. No other receipt will be issued.

Camp Registration Payment Policy
Summer Camp online registrations open up on March 1 at 8:00am each year, regardless of the day. In order to register, a non-refundable deposit of $25/week is payable. In order to qualify for the early bird price, the week(s) has to be paid in full by May 31st that year. On June 1st the price will be increased to the regular price. All camp weeks will have to be paid in full two weeks prior to the first day of the camp program. If payment has not been received in full two weeks prior to the first day of the camp program, your registration will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Camp Cancellation Policy
Camp cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Requests received a minimum of two weeks prior to the first day of the camp program will be refunded, less $25.00 per session; registration deposits are non-refundable. Requests received within two weeks of the first day of the camp session are not subject to a refund. Registrations occurring within two weeks of the start of a program will not be subject to any refund either.
You will be refunded to the same method of payment you initially used to register. Exceptions may be considered for confirmed medical reasons with proper documentation (doctor’s note required). Program transfers are accepted pending availability. Refunds are not issued if a camper is sent home as a result of their behaviour, if they are ill, or if they are directed to isolate/stay home.
